How to Disable Bosch MED9.1 IMMO for Audi,Touareg and Golf 6

Step 1:Read out EEPROM file of ECU
Open Bosch MED9.1 cover,here is guide on ECU disassemble: EDC16/EDC17/MED17 ECU Opening Guide
Use KTAG to read out Bosch MED9.1 EEPROM data file (P64 protocol)
How to Disable Bosch MED9.1 IMMO for Audi,Touareg and Golf 6 (2)
After you reading,you will get 3 file:FLS file,Eeprom file and compressed files
Note:The EEPROM file must be a 2KB or 4KB file,otherwise it is can not use for next step.
MED17(32KB),EDC17(64KB) and 128KB file can not be use to next step.
Step 2:Generate IMMO Disable File
Download–> Bosch MED9.1 IMMO Disable software
Run it,click “Open EEPROM” to load EEPROM file read out on step 1.

Then it will show you the VIN information as below

Then click “IMMO OFF”,after then it will modify the EEPROM data file and prompt you “IMMO is disable,please save EEPROM”

Click “Save EEPROM” to save file on your laptop
Step 3:Write EEPROM File Back to ECU
Use KTAG to write EEPROM file save on step 2.
Note:Before write data file back to ECU,please tick “EEPROM” option,then start to do write operation.

Then install the ECU back to vehicle,and test the immobilizer system.
